Please complete the application form and send it to our membership department at: GHS Membership, 47 Water Street, Lavenham, Sudbury CO10 9RN, England.

Payment can be by cheque for the appropriate amount in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars or fill in your credit/debit card details and return your form by mail or by fax to (00 44) 01787 248 267. Alternatively card payments can be made by phone (00 44) 01787 249 286.

To pay by direct debit, download both forms and send them to our membership department.

We also accept payment by BACS transfer.
