Research: Research Register
The Society's Register of Research is intended as a guide to the research activities and interests of members of the Society and aims to encourage interaction among members and prevent duplication of effort.
With the publication of
Issue 8 the Society's Honorary Registrar of Research Dr Nigel Temple retired. It was with great sadness we heard of his death on 4 November 2003 , after a short illness. He was 76, very much still active, and greatly liked and admired by all his friends and colleagues.
We are happy to publish research requests - email the webmaster if you have one. Can you help with any of the requests we have received?
We hope soon to include papers from recent conference and displays here. Anticipated items include the recent John C. Loudon Conference (November 2004), and our RHS Hampton Court displays on Humphry Repton (2002), Sir Joseph Paxton (2003) and the Anglo-American Garden (2004).
